Singer: Foreigners Are Slaying Everyone? The Eccentric Idol Guards the Nation's Gates

Singer 2024 is being broadcast live.

For its very first episode, it invited two top foreign vocalists at Grammy level, who immediately crushed a host of domestic singers.

Wang Sulong, usually a familiar face on the music scene, and Yang Chenglin, with her signature song "Rose," were both completely outclassed by the foreign singers.

In the end, everyone pinned their hopes on the veteran singer Na Ying.

A fifty-something woman stands guard at the nation's gates.

How did a perfectly good music show end up making us feel as helpless as people at the end of the Qing Dynasty?

In the end, Na Ying also lost.

The people then placed all their hopes on the challenger singer.

Everyone hoped they would invite powerful singers like Huang Ma and Han Hong to fight back!

But no one expected the challenger to be a bizarre young idol named Jiang Shu, a total newbie with no chance of winning.

This was a guaranteed defeat.

Everyone was utterly despairing.

Then, on the day of the live broadcast, Jiang Shu took the stage.

With an updated version of "Daughter's Love" and "Chrysanthemum Terrace," he won over the audience and stunned the world.

After that, he brought out one bizarre song after another, performing any hit from home or abroad with effortless ease and crushing countless foreign challenger singers.
