Anime Crossover: A Saiyan in the Space-Time Administration

He opens his eyes to find himself the nephew of King Vegeta, with a paltry power level of just 20. As a low-class warrior, he was nearly sent off to a remote planet.

He tries and fails to convince his father to send the Saiyans to the East Galaxy, where the Galactic Patrol can "protect" them, leaving him no choice but to flee Planet Vegeta alone.

He originally meant to head for Earth in the North Galaxy, but an accident with his space pod along the way gets him captured by an illegal research organization in the South Galaxy. After an accident during their experiments, he winds up on the Blue Star in the South Galaxy by a twist of fate.

He is discovered by Nanoha Takamachi and Fate Testarossa, who are competing for the Jewel Seeds.

And he has amnesia...
