Gourmet: I Set Up a Food Stall as an Undercover Cop and Make Criminals Drool

Jiang Chen transmigrates to a parallel world and becomes a police officer. On his very first day on the job, he awakens a System. But who would have guessed that this damn System would be a food System, completely unrelated to his profession? At least it gives him god-tier cooking skills.

Just as he's complaining, his superior suddenly assigns him a task: go undercover as a street vendor and gather information. Jiang Chen's eyes light up as he realizes his chance to shine has arrived.

On his first day undercover, an A-rank fugitive can't resist the food. He comes by for a meal and literally eats himself into a stupor.

A week into his street stall operation, a gang chooses Jiang Chen's restaurant for its victory banquet, and takes the opportunity to discuss drug trafficking...

On the nth day, the leaders of two criminal syndicates meet at Jiang Chen's restaurant to discuss robbing a bank...

Holy crap, he's practically earning a first-class merit award every day!

Gang boss: "Damn it! I thought the guys had done a great job this year, so I brought them here to celebrate at his restaurant. Who would've guessed you were an undercover cop? You got every last one of us arrested!"

Criminal syndicate leader: "You son of a... That's low! I was drooling over your food, and you tell me you're an undercover cop?"
