Snowbreak: Taking My Squad to Build a Utopia

As an Analyst, not long after I returned to Yggdrasil Corporation after saving a mysterious person who was being hunted by a Progenitor Titan, Boss Tao and several high-ranking members of the World Government personally came to visit me. They respectfully asked me to take charge of a remote city under the World Government, one that had survived the Great Calamity in relatively good condition. Such surviving cities were exceedingly rare after the disaster caused by the Titans. I was surprised and delighted, but even more confused and uneasy.

Only after they explained the reason did I learn that this was a reward for saving that mysterious person.

They also allowed me to make three requests, promising to grant anything within the World Government's power.

After hearing them out, my confusion only deepened. What kind of person had the authority to give away an entire city?
