Naruto: Shisui, the Eye God

A modern man suddenly transmigrates into the world of Hokage and becomes Shisui Uchiha, uncovering the secret of Shisui's age. As it turns out, Shisui is three years older than Itachi and eight years older than Sasuke. To change his tragic fate, Shisui directly uses the genjutsu Kotoamatsukami on Orochimaru. With Orochimaru's loyalty, Shisui obtains Hashirama Cells and manages to turn Fugaku, Itachi, Obito, Madara, and Sasuke into his brothers. It has to be said that Orochimaru's human experiments help Shisui immensely. Later, Shisui combines the eyes of Fugaku, Itachi, Obito, Madara, and Sasuke, gaining not only the exceptionally powerful Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, but also a Rinnegan stronger than Madara's.
