Each chapter of this novel is a fairy tale. I hope everyone will like it. The story of Chang'e flying to the moon originates from ancient Chinese myths and legends. The core plot is that Hou Yi's wife Chang'e took the elixir of immortality given to Hou Yi by the Queen Mother of the West, and thus ascended to the moon palace and became a fairy in the moon palace. This legend has been recorded in different documents, but the basic plot is consistent. The following is a summary of the story of Chang'e flying to the moon: Hou Yi was a sun-shooting hero. He shot down nine suns and brought peace to mankind. The Queen Mother of the West gave Hou Yi an elixir of immortality, but Hou Yi was reluctant to leave Chang'e, so he gave the elixir to Chang'e for safekeeping. After Chang'e's subordinate Pang Meng learned of this, he tried to force Chang'e to hand over the elixir. At the critical moment, Chang'e swallowed the elixir herself in order to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands, and then her body gradually floated off the ground and flew to the moon. After Hou Yi came back, he found that Chang'e was no longer there. He could only look up at the moon and miss Chang'e. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
