Revolutionary Army, Don't Contact Me. I'm Already Undercover as an Admiral

A top-class undercover agent should successfully infiltrate the enemy's ranks and reach their innermost circle.

Hearing the Navy outside gossiping about when he would be promoted to admiral, elite Navy Vice Admiral Karl couldn't help twitching the corner of his mouth.

Three years, then another three years! Ten years have gone by already. Dragon, why won't you let me go back? I'm about to become an admiral!

In time, the Navy's top brass held a meeting to investigate everyone.

"Marshal, we've figured out everyone's identities. You know Kizaru: he's a slacker, so he has no reason to be an undercover agent. We've checked everyone else, too. I myself am utterly loyal to the Navy."

Looking at Karl's perfectly upright expression, Sengoku furrowed his brows.

"Could I be the undercover agent?"
