Founding a Nation in the Pacific: Starting by Taking Out the Seventh Fleet

Xu Qian transmigrates to a parallel world, where the Eagle Nation is waging a trade war that costs him his job as a foreign trade agent.

His transmigrator perks arrive, binding him to the Invincible Empire System.

His very first mission is to found a country in the Pacific, right at a key point in the first island chain, carefully built by the Eagle Nation.

He's doing it. No question.

At a United Nations voting session, the Eagle Nation leads the opposition, and the UN ultimately rejects Xu Qian's proposal to found a country.

Facing a room full of villains, Xu Qian declares defiantly:

"You rejected my application to join the United Nations. What the hell does that have to do with me founding a country? If that's how it is, I don't need to join the UN."

The Eagle Nation does everything it can to obstruct him, but still fails to stop Xu Qian from founding the Great Qian Empire.

To assert its position as ruler of the Blue Star, the Eagle Nation sends the Seventh Fleet to the Great Qian Empire to drive Xu Qian out.

"Your Majesty, the Eagle Nation's Seventh Fleet is approaching!"

Xu Qian smiles casually. "Since they've come, why not stay? Take out the entire Seventh Fleet!"

The next day, news of the Seventh Fleet's sudden disappearance shocks the entire Blue Star.
