Love Should Come After Reloading

A car accident, transmigration, and then, upon returning, he finds himself in a mental hospital. After losing his memories of the people he knows, Zhu Yu is approached by a girl who claims to be his girlfriend. But after she gets him discharged, he first has to figure out what's going on with the fellow patient who looks exactly like his companion from another world. And... why are there such complicated entanglements and secrets between them, and between him and them? On his journey to freedom, he will meet women with all kinds of personalities, recover his memories, and gradually uncover the truth about his girlfriends, all while trying to survive the battlefield of romantic rivals. In short: a cheerful romance about everyday life, with a tiny bit of fantasy, plenty of romantic rivalries, and a moderate dose of twisted fiction.
