Who Says Heroes Have to Play Fair?

In a world where people awaken supernatural abilities, the protagonist does everything he can to keep his powers hidden after awakening. He uses them to take under-the-table jobs. The existence of these abilities puts increasing pressure on the poor, so the government steps in to organize ability users and put them to work. But after working illegally, the protagonist witnesses the darkness lurking beneath the sunshine and is recruited by the Supernatural Abilities Investigation Bureau as a tainted witness. Thus begins a series of events.
