Africa: I Get a Teacher's Salary for Doing Qin Shi Huang's Job?

What happens when a schoolteacher with an infinite storage space goes to North Africa to teach?

One written language and one set of tracks for all roads and vehicles?

A unified language, currency, and system of measurement?

Constant tribal conflicts keep Shen Fang from teaching properly, so he has no choice but to lead more than 300 battles, never losing a single one.

Short on ammunition? He stores 300,000 gas canisters to use as shells.

Outnumbered? He puts Sun Tzu's Art of War and the Thirty-Six Stratagems to use.

Outdated equipment? He empties the Eagle Nation's arms factories.

National Security: "Do you know you've committed a war crime?"

The Blue Star Federation: "Under your rule, all of Africa has achieved modest prosperity."

African nations: "Commander Shen, lead us in unifying Africa!"

Shen Fang: "I came here to teach!!!"
