Liberty Island

Perhaps under all the "free" dusk, there is a precursor to the long night of the winter solstice. What we thought was fertile soil could only be the cracked rock under the hills that was about to collapse. What exactly is hidden on Liberty Island may not be known to us. The clouds turn and the rain turns, the king becomes the king and the bandits are defeated. Is this eternal principle of change happening in my writing? Is the justice you see absolute?
