Radio Host: You Asked Me to Tell Traditional Tales, So I Told You About Tomb Raiding

A year ago, Wang Chen transmigrated to a parallel world and became a top student at a radio and television university.

After graduation, his internship placement landed him at a radio station as a host.

But from the start, he was assigned to a worthless station that had long since become nothing but a platform for medicine ads.

As it happened, management seized the opportunity of a crackdown on false advertising to revamp the station

and bring back a traditional storytelling program from the past.

But this world was short on stories. The hugely popular novels and TV dramas from his previous life simply did not exist.

Just as everyone was at a loss, Wang Chen's Ghost Blows Out the Light: The Ancient City of Jingjue set the radio station ablaze.

Listeners: "It's traditional, sure, but an official radio station telling tomb-raiding stories? Host, are you serious?"

Later, at the national radio-host competition,

Wang Chen reeled off The Battle at the Dawn and The Three-Body Problem, among other classics, and shot to become the most popular radio host in the Dragon Kingdom.

His boss: "Wang Chen is unbelievable. He's a playwright held back by being a host!"

The chairman of the Writers' Association: "Now that Wang Chen's stories are out, those of us who make our living with a pen might as well throw them away..."
