I have knelt before the Buddha for three thousand years, but he has never felt pity for me. It could not be that the dust has covered the Buddha's eyes. It is because he has not offered incense or money. In troubled times, Taoist priests go down the mountain to save the world, while monks close their doors to avoid disaster. In the prosperous age, the Taoist priests retreated to the mountains and forests, and the monks went down the mountain to deceive the three pure beings. They only needed clay bodies, but the Buddha needed gold plating. In troubled times, the Bodhisattva does not come into the world, but the old Taoist carries his sword to save the common people. In the prosperous age, Buddhists visited pilgrims, while Taoists retreated to the mountains and forests. From this poem that belittles Buddhism, we know that most Buddhists are not good people. Of course, I am not saying that there are no good people in Buddhism, but there are relatively few.
