Esports: This Online Friend Is the Real Deal, and He Actually Teaches You the Skills

“Mid laner, 18 years old, 20 stars, peak rating 1,300. Do I have a shot at going pro?”

Su Hen posted a video on Douyin.

He'd only meant to make fun of himself.

He never expected it to spark such a heated discussion online.

“Go work in a factory, bro. My cousin in third grade has a higher rank and score than you!”

“I'm not even joking. Put a bowl of rice on your phone and a chicken would play better than you!”

“You really think this level is worth posting? Don't you know everyone on Douyin has at least 2,500 points?”

Most of the comments were mocking him, but a few people offered sincere advice.

“You're only 18. Practice more and you've still got a chance. Mid lane is all about last-hitting, laning, and roaming...”

“Pros need great reflexes. Go to training mode and practice swapping to the Immortal Blade in a split second 300 times a day before you talk.”

After Su Hen took the netizens' advice seriously,

he discovered that he really was getting stronger!

Half a year later, Su Hen stood with the trophy in his hands and said in an interview, “I owe this championship to the netizens. They really know their stuff, and they genuinely teach you!”
