A Strange Tale of Journey to the West: The Demon-Sealing Chronicles

The prayer beads in Tang Sanzang's palm have already been crushed. You are not me, so how can you say my heart is not sincere? And if anyone is sincere, it is me, so why do my loved ones always suffer misfortune? You say the scriptures are false, then what have I been reciting? I will travel west to seek the true scriptures and question the true Buddha.

But what kind of weirdos are these followers at my side? A scrawny monkey that gods and ghosts alike fear, even though he can't beat anyone.

A pig-headed fellow so ridiculously cute that even men find him adorable. How does that make any sense?

And one guy who always wears a dark scowl, as if I owe him money. I'll make sure your wages get paid eventually, okay?

Then there's a dragon who insists on being a horse for me to ride. Sob, don't cry, don't cry. I have to work hard. I'm not used to a team like this.
