Searching for a Future Home

13.8 billion years ago, the universe was born in the Big Bang, emerging from a singularity. Driven by energy, it continued to expand, radiating energy in every direction. Various forms of matter spun and coalesced, forming planets of different sizes. Massive planets attracted smaller ones, forming star systems, while smaller star systems were drawn to larger ones, forming even greater systems.

One such star system is called the Solar System, and it belongs to a much larger system called the Milky Way. The Sun is the star at the center of the Solar System. It was born 10 billion years ago and is now middle-aged. Humans, an advanced intelligent species, originated on Earth, the Sun's third satellite, and developed a highly advanced civilization. As the Sun's energy gradually ran out, and with humanity's destruction of the environment and its vicious competition against itself, Earth became less and less habitable. To preserve their civilization, humans had no choice but to search for a new home.
