Su Chen transmigrates into S9 and becomes EDG's substitute top laner.
Though he was only Bronze rank, he gets bound to the Hype Master System.
As long as he puts on a show, he can earn popularity points and exchange them for rewards.
When EDG faces the unstoppable IG, Su Chen, who has been cooling his heels on the bench, is sent onto the stage to face TheShy.
Su Chen immediately locks in Malphite, shocking the whole arena.
"You've got to be kidding! Is this guy really a pro player?"
Before the audience can even react, he follows it up with top-lane Garen, Shaco, Rek'Sai, and Yasuo.
The teams of the entire world are left unable to figure out EDG's draft strategy.
After stepping onto the S-World Championship winner's podium,
Su Chen says, "Honestly, I wasn't trying to put on a show. I'm just a Bronze noob."
