Reborn as Luffy! I, the Schemer, Conquer the World!

This is the story of Emperor Luffy, not the story of the hot-blooded kid Luffy!

There is only an emperor standing at the pinnacle of the pirate world here, not the Sun God, the clown Nika!

Six years ago,

Wang Lufei transmigrated to the world of pirates and arrived on the continent of Westeros!

After being tempered by Game of Thrones, he made Luffy the master of the Iron Throne!

Six years later,

Wang Lufei returned from Game of Thrones and found himself back in the body of six-year-old Luffy!

At this moment, the pirate world is about to welcome its true king!

As a background king, he will use his foresight and wield the wisdom of politics with skill!

Wang Lufei is determined to change this world!

An empire, rising from the East Blue and spanning the Red Line, is born.

Seize the Goa Kingdom and rightfully dominate the East Blue!

Form alliances and become the sole ruler of the four seas!

Snatch the World Government from Imu and establish the Dragon Soars Empire!

Dragon: "H-How did I end up with an emperor for a son?!"

Akainu: "Luffy is my best friend and the eternal enemy of pirates!"

The Five Elders: "His Majesty Luffy, we are willing to submit!"
