Honkai Impact 3rd: Memoirs of a Prehistoric Captain

The author made a mistake. Otto is not a good person, but he will not train the Valkyries to be like machines. On the contrary, he cares about the physical and mental health of these Valkyries. Although he will choose to sacrifice them when necessary, he will never let them live like machines. The school Cecilia wants to create just wants the Valkyries to have the childhood of ordinary girls, rather than all the memories of training, and He gave orders to retreat even when it was not necessary. You must know that Otto would give gifts and blessings written by himself to all his men during the holidays. He would also give the Valkyries, including their families, the highest welfare benefits, and the medical insurance would also be maximized. Therefore, Otto had a very high status in the hearts of most people in Destiny, even Cecilia. These were all plots that had happened in Bengsanli.
