It is in internal turmoil and a reform is imminent. A large number of programmers gathered in the squares of Tokyo, bringing a new social concept to the Rising Sun people, a society where bureaucracy was completely mechanical. However, cyberpunk bureaucrats are also considered to be anti-human and a plunder of human power. Programmers and hackers launched a deadly charge against the Rising Sun government, preparing to establish a mechanical bureaucratic republic belonging to coders in this island country.
