Energy Depletion: I Plunder the Entire Universe from the Start

Many aliens in movies and TV shows invade the earth because they consume and destroy the resources in their hometown. They are said to be evil and bad. Then humans consume the resources on their own and do not know how to cherish them, so they plunder the entire universe. Then a thousand years later, a destiny protagonist will appear and defeat the evil earthling predators.

Don't be ridiculous, let's just say that as long as controllable nuclear fusion is successfully developed, the energy generation rate of this thing will be enough to last until the extinction of mankind, and the fuel is seawater. How can we plunder the entire universe? Do you know how big the Milky Way is? One hundred thousand light-years, light takes one hundred thousand years to fly. Even if you have a super-light spacecraft, you still have to fly for twenty to thirty thousand years. If you human beings become extinct, you will not be able to get out of the Milky Way. There are hundreds of billions of stars in the Milky Way, which is enough for mankind to play until the universe becomes extinct. Do you really think that a star is just a small glass ball?
