Seafaring: The Strongest on Earth, Training Enel from the Start

Congratulations, Host Kaiya, on activating the Strongest on Earth System.

The Strongest on Earth System grants you the strongest combat power and physique in the world of One Piece.

Strongest Combat Power: Divided into ten levels of force, with soul attacks included.

Strongest Physique: Your body is a hundred times tougher than Seastone. No one in the current world of One Piece can break through your defenses.

System mission complete. The System will now self-destruct.

I hope you live well, Host. Bye-bye.

All pirates hope to have the highest bounty possible, but Kaiya doesn't exactly feel the same way.

Luffy kills and plunders, while the great Kai saves lives.

Since you're Luffy, the pirate world's most connected man, and you claim you're going to be King of the Pirates,

I'll make it a little harder for you. I'll keep raising your bounty every day so you can surpass the Four Emperors as soon as possible.
