City Elves: I'm Really Not the Flying-Type Leader

Reborn in a parallel world where humans and Pokemon live together, Si Fei isn't worried at all about starting out with a Feebas, because he has the MHS Monster Hunter Stories System, which lets him give Pokemon Elder Dragon essences.

Feebas + Amatsu essence: surpasses its two-stage evolution and becomes the god of atmosphere and storms! A calamity from the heavens, a vast disaster, known as the Calamity of Amatsu!

Purrloin + Nargacuga essence: lawless and unrestrained, a beast painted in ink, lurking in the shadows, roaming danger alone. Its eyes flash, and a black gale rises: the Red Comet!

Charmander + Rathalos essence: king of the skies, ruler of the heavens! Mega Evolves into Silver Rathalos X, Mega Evolves into Blazing Rathalos Y, and Bond Evolves into Extreme Shining Realm Rathalos. The sun shines on all, treating every living thing equally!

But before long, Si Fei finds himself facing a dilemma. He dreamed of becoming the leader of the Dragon-type Pokemon, but for some reason, he is elected the leader of the Flying-type Pokemon by an overwhelming vote.

What does it matter to him that all his Dragon-type Pokemon can fly?

Isn't this just taking advantage of an honest man?
