Gensokyo: The Eastern Morning Star

In a villa outside a certain forest, a young man flipped through a photo album, telling the little girl beside him stories from the past.

"This was in Suwa. This was in Fujiwara-kyo."

"This was by the Yellow River. This was in the Demon Realm..."

A happy smile appeared on the young man's face as he spoke. The little girl beside him did not understand why, but she smiled along with him.

"This was on the moon. This was at Youkai Mountain. This was in Heian-kyo. This was in England."

When he turned to the last group photo, the young man's smile grew even wider.

"What's this one? Why aren't there any more after it?" the little girl asked, puzzled when she saw the final photo.

"This was taken when Gensokyo was completed."

"As for what came after... my journey has already ended, so I can see those sights whenever I want."

"Come on, Reimu. Your mom and Rumia must be waiting impatiently for us."

Reimu did not understand what the young man meant. But when she heard that her mom and Rumia were waiting for her at the gathering, she broke into a bright smile.

"Okay!"
