Ye Hen is the second-in-command at Qingxu Temple, the Daoist sect's junior uncle, and the ancestral master's chosen successor to lead the sect, appointed through a divine manifestation.
Today, however, his senior brother Feng Lingzi kicks him out of Qingfeng Temple, claiming it's to temper his Daoist heart.
To put food on the table, Ye Hen gets a job at a TV station.
But just after he lands the job, the station runs into a huge problem: the host of its dating show has jumped ship with the entire team.
