Crossover Spirits: A Psychic in the Pokemon World

The transmigrator Wei Tian arrives in the Pokemon world with Tornado's superpowers. But can someone explain why characters like Megumi Kato, Shizuka Sensei, and Garuda Wu exist in this world? And why are these legendary Pokemon absurdly powerful?

Reporter: The Eagle Kingdom says you ordered Yveltal to nest at the White House. Do you admit it?

Wei Tian: Slander, pure slander! They're slandering me! I only made a suggestion.

Reporter: Some netizens say you wouldn't have achieved what you have if you weren't born into an elite family. What do you think?

Wei Tian: I'll think about that lying down. What does it have to do with him?

Reporter: Here's a question from a netizen: which of your Pokemon is your ace?

Wei Tian: My partner Pikachu.

P.S. I got a headache trying to think of a blurb, so this will have to do.

P.S. 2: I'll change or remove some Pokemon abilities and moves that only exist to serve the games or that don't make sense.

P.S. 3: If I weren't out of books to read, who'd want to be a wordsmith?
