Yang Mi: I Went on a Blind Date with a Major General, Then Ditched the Bill to Slay Demons

Chu Xiao transmigrates to a parallel world where demons have returned. He joins the Special Operations Bureau, slays demons and evil spirits, and earns outstanding military honors, becoming a major general at just twenty-one.

On the very day he is promoted, his immediate superior tells him to go on a blind date. His date is none other than the superstar Yang Mi.

But midway through the date, he receives an emergency message from the Special Operations Bureau: demons have appeared in his area.

With no other choice, Chu Xiao slips away without paying, leaving Yang Mi completely dumbfounded.

My name is Yang Mi. I'm a household-name superstar in the Xia Kingdom, and I'm on a blind date.

Halfway through the date, the guy says there's an emergency and he has to go slay demons?

At first, I thought there was something wrong with him, that he might be some lunatic who'd escaped from a hospital.

Until... I really saw that terrifying, hideous demon.

I saw the man leap into the air with a long sword in hand, riding the wind like a god!
