War of Resistance: The Founding General Who Rose from a Local Militia Squad

Transmigrate to 1938 and become the commander of a district squad in northwest Shanxi.

A few guns and a handful of men from the start.

Under Zhang Yuanshan's leadership, the squad successfully wipes out a Japanese unit and sets off on a legendary journey.

What? The Sakata Regiment is the elite of the Japanese forces?

I'll make sure they never reach Cangyun Ridge.

What? The Japanese First Army is known as an iron army?

I'll beat them until they're too afraid to leave the city.

From northwest Shanxi to the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei region, then on to southwestern Shandong.

Zhang Yuanshan rises step by step from a district squad commander to a column commander.
