War of Resistance: You Call This a Small Guerrilla Unit?

Zhang Yuanshan, a military officer who has served for ten years, transmigrates to Jin Province in late 1938.

He becomes the captain of a local militia squad operating around Ping'an County.

He earns rewards for every Japanese soldier he eliminates.

"Eliminate a Japanese squad and receive German infantry squad equipment."

"Eliminate a Japanese company and receive German infantry battalion equipment."

"..."

"Eliminate the Japanese Fourth Division and receive German infantry division equipment."

Starting with just a few guns and a handful of men, Zhang Yuanshan gradually turns a local militia squad into a force that dominates Jin Province.

The Japanese tremble at his name.

Yoshio Shinozuka: "Zhang Yuanshan must be eliminated, at any cost!"

Li Yunlong: "Zhang Yuanshan, you call this a local militia squad? This damn thing is a field army!"

After driving out the Japanese, Zhang Yuanshan's forces arrive on the Korean battlefield.

Smith, of the U.S. Marine Corps First Division, watches Zhang Yuanshan's troops launch an attack on the First Marine Division. He can think of only one thing: Where are our firepower and armor advantages?
