I Asked You to Promote the Scenic Spot, Not Write The Yueyang Tower!

Su Ming transmigrates to a parallel world and discovers that he has become a newcomer in the entertainment industry, taking part in a travel promotion show alongside a host of celebrities.

In each round, every contestant must promote a tourist attraction. Whoever can generate the most buzz for their attraction advances to the next round.

In the first round, Su Ming is assigned Yueyang Tower.

But he discovers that this world has no Record of Yueyang Tower, and Yueyang Tower is just an old building left to decay.

So while the other celebrities are busy singing, dancing, and putting on a show, Su Ming is furiously writing.

Just as the audience wonders what he's up to, a line of writing comes into view.

"It was the spring of the fourth year of Qingli, when Teng Zijing was demoted and sent to administer Baling County..."

"I have observed the magnificent scenery of Baling, all of it gathered around Dongting Lake..."

"Be the first to worry about the world's worries, and the last to enjoy the world's joys..."

When Record of Yueyang Tower is born, every viewer is stunned.

"We told you to promote a tourist attraction, and you went and wrote Record of Yueyang Tower?!"
