When I was a child, our village was occupied and everyone in the village fled. My father and mother hid me in a forest. I kept crying when I was hungry, which attracted a group of unknown things. They were taken away when I was sleeping. They ate me and stayed by my side. They licked my forehead with their tongues, just like my parents. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
