Siheyuan: I'm the Chief Engineer, and I'm Setting the Whole Factory Straight

Jiang Chen transmigrates into the world of Love in the Courtyard, awakens the Heavy Industry System, and becomes one of the first top students sent to the Soviet Union to study.

After returning to China, he joins a steel mill and naturally takes the position of chief engineer.

Everyone in the courtyard tries to curry favor with Jiang Chen, but he doesn't have the time to bicker with them!

Even though Jiang Chen wants nothing to do with them, the three senior men still behave themselves around him.

And it's not just the courtyard. Jiang Chen also becomes the one calling the shots at the steel mill.

He had planned to use his knowledge to build the country's first heavy industry enterprise and transform the industrial system.

But the problems inside the steel mill are so serious that Jiang Chen has no choice but to start thinking about a cleanup.

Silly Zhu wants to quit and become a restaurant chef? I'll fire him first!

Yi Zhonghai demands a raise? Fired!

Qin Huairu fails to meet her targets? Fired!

After clearing away the obstacles, Jiang Chen can't help but marvel at how peaceful the steel mill is without those pests around.
