King of Rules: Making Up Rules for National Fate

This is another world where gods stand in great numbers and magical beasts run rampant.

Luo Nan transmigrates and becomes the king of an empire.

The gods sit high above, greedily plundering all they can while caring nothing for the lives of mortals.

At this moment, Luo Nan awakens the National Destiny Rules System!

Using the fate of his nation as its framework and his people's faith as its power, he can devise all kinds of rules to benefit his country.

And so...

"The Temple's divine arts may be powerful, but I'll create a Divine Arts Exclusion Zone: all divine arts cease to work within my borders! What can you do about that, then?"

"Magical beasts running rampant? One rule for elite troops: all our soldiers' combat power soars, and the Empire's cavalry becomes unstoppable! Can you handle that?"

"The gods descend? One celestial law: within the Star Empire, gods are subject to the same laws as commoners! We believe in treating everyone equally!"

This is a story about a people with faith and a nation with strength!
