You Asked Me to Livestream a Hike, and I Caught Every Last Criminal

Hao Shuai, terminally ill with cancer, finally decided to let loose. He sold off his assets and signed up for Hai City’s first livestreamed walking challenge to the Imperial Capital.

Each contestant was paired with a cameraman, and the two had to earn money themselves to pay for food and lodging.

Anyone who reached the Imperial Capital within the time limit and had the most popular livestream would win a prize of 100 million yuan.

At a crucial moment, Hao Shuai bound himself to the Crime Buster System. Catching criminals could extend his life, and he could also draw rewards.

On day one, he pretended to get hit by a car to stop a rapist and claimed a 3,000-yuan reward.

On day two, he went out for barbecue and happened to expose a back-alley operation making gutter oil, earning 30 more days of life.

On day three, he took down a whole gang of robbers and gained three lucky boosts.

While the other contestants were making a single bun last three days, he and his cameraman Xiao Hei had already checked into a five-star hotel.

The livestream chat erupted: “You were supposed to livestream a walking challenge, but you're catching a criminal every day and staying in five-star hotels?”
