From the Start, Zhu Yuanzhang Sentenced Me to Death, and 200 Million Citizens Besieged the Capital

From the start, Lu Yu transmigrates to the Ming Dynasty and gets caught up in the Lan Yu case, where he is sentenced to death.

On the day he enters prison, he binds himself to the Strongest Prison System. Anyone inside the prison can be taken back with him to the modern era to earn money in various ways.

On the first day, he takes 100 prisoners to haul packages upstairs. Each earns 1,000 yuan a day, bringing in 100,000 yuan, which he trades for 50,000 jin of grain to bring back to the Ming Dynasty.

On the second day, he takes 300 prisoners, each of whom earns 400 US dollars a day. They bring back 420,000 jin of grain...

On the third day, he takes 500 prisoners and brings back...

Before long, 200 million people in the Ming Dynasty are willing to break the law just to go to prison. Prisoners get food, clothes, meat, and money to support their families. It's more than ten thousand times better than life used to be.

Three months later, everyone involved in the Lan Yu case is to be executed.

As Lu Yu is led to the executioner's block, 200 million people of the Ming Dynasty surround the entire imperial palace...

Zhu Yuanzhang is completely dumbfounded: Prison really makes that much money? With my status, could I earn 10 billion in a year behind bars? And 10 billion could buy 5 billion jin of grain? Don't hold me back. I'm going to prison too.
