Seafaring: Bearing the Weight of the World

The Navy calls him the most ill-tempered Marine in history, the Navy's biggest "disgrace."

The pirates, meanwhile, call him the most ruthless Marine in history, a man even more vicious than Sakazuki.

But in the hearts of people around the world, Mr. Bai Ye is far more trustworthy than any other Marine admiral, because he bears the justice of the world.

He awakens the Justice System, judges the wicked, and slays pirates.

"To those who strive for the cause of justice: give whatever light and warmth you can. You need not wait for a torch. If no torch ever comes, then I shall be the only light." Admiral Bai Ye declares.
