Naruto: Starting by Recruiting Underlings

A miserable programmer who works part-time as a screenwriter uses more than a decade of accumulated coding experience to transmigrate to the world of Naruto, hoping to save Jiraiya.

Instead, he returns to the beginning of Episode 1. Over the next seven short years, he builds a vast business empire in the Naruto world through corporate acquisitions, becoming the undisputed merchant shadow of the ninja world.
