I'm a Paradox Game War Criminal, and You Want to Talk Morality?

After staying up all night playing the Paradox game Victoria 3, Li Junyuan died suddenly and transmigrated to London in 1819, where he was bound to the Benevolent Man System.

The System was a little offbeat. Its very first mission was to manipulate the newly eighteen-year-old Queen Victoria and become regent.

Mission two: command Britain to bathe the West in blood.

Mission three: destroy the Qing!

Mission four: colonize the entire globe!

Li Junyuan laughed. These missions suited the appetite of a veteran war criminal... No, a great benefactor like him perfectly.

The British aristocrats and capitalists are getting out of hand? Purge them!

Declare war abroad. Treat treaties as scraps of paper! Treat the people as livestock! Turn enemies into food?!

Other countries insult me? Declare war! Don't like the shape of my territory? Declare war! Too much industrial output and nothing to do? Declare war!

Reason for declaring war? That territory is too close to me, so it should be mine!

The natives in my African colonies are rebelling?

A 50% tax rate, and I can understand a revolt. But I've raised taxes to 100%, and they can still rebel? Damn it, they must be stealing my money!

Execute them by cannon, every last one!
