A plane from Blue Star crashes unexpectedly, bringing the Pokémon world a one-of-a-kind emperor!

Starting with an Arceus Pokémon Egg, he gathers the Plates, sweeps across the land, and unites the eight corners of the world. He punches Leon, kicks Lance, tears some big shot apart with his bare hands, commands the Legendary Pokémon, crushes the powerful clans, subdues the Pokémon League, and destroys evil organizations.
