Konoha's Green Bull: I Just Want to Give Them a Home

Transmigrate into the world of Naruto and become Kakashi's cousin, Hatake Luoxing, known as the "Green Bull of Konoha." He gains the Forest-Forest Fruit, and a new Wood Release ninja is born.

The First Hokage's Wood Release conquered the world, while Yamato's Wood Release was used for landscaping.

The Green Bull says he only wants to use his Wood Release to give homeless women a warm home.

"Kushina, you surely don't want your children to spend their lives being looked down on by the people of Konoha, do you?"

"Lady Mikoto, you wouldn't want your son to live his whole life in pain and hatred, would you?"

"Mei Terumi, an old woman who can't find a husband even at thirty. Never mind, I'll do you a favor."

"Kaguya Otsutsuki, it must be terribly cold inside the moon, right?"

The Green Bull changed their tragic fates. Holding the newborn Hatake Naruto and Hatake Sasuke, he smiled and said:

"Let's change the shinobi world together!"
