We Agreed to Make a Terrible Movie, So What Is The Wandering Earth?

Big Mi has a secret she's never told anyone:

Just yesterday, she awakened the "Loss Cashback" ability! Whenever a movie her company invests in loses money, she gets ten times the investment back!

And every bit of income is completely legal!

So Big Mi's goal is: "Take down the company and get rich!"

Lin Mubai also has a secret he's never told anyone:

He's not from Blue Star at all. He comes from another world with a highly developed entertainment industry!

His mind is packed with countless classic movies and songs!

And Lin Mubai's goal is: "Grow bigger and stronger, and achieve even greater glory!"

By a twist of fate, these two oddballs end up together.

Big Mi gets stabbed in the back by a total sneak!

"I told you to make a Chinese historical drama, and you made Farewell My Concubine?!"

"You said horror movies had no market, so why did The House That Never Dies become a hit?"

"Aren't science fiction movies all terrible? Then what the heck is The Wandering Earth?!"
