Sichuan Ranger

I live in Sichuan, a place where people cannibalize people, a world where people may be laughing one second and then their heads fall to the ground the next. There is a scarcity of water here, but wherever there is water, it is guarded by the major forces. The common people can only work continuously in exchange for the meager water sources and food. People with some skills will serve the major forces, and some people rely on bounties to survive. They kill people to earn bounties in exchange for water and food. Because these people use knives in exchange for money, they are collectively called "Golden Knives." During a fight for water sources, because I was involved, my parents died tragically by swords in order to protect me, and I chose to escape because of fear. Fourteen years later, I came back here again, determined to eradicate these forces. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
