I Just Declared Myself Emperor at the End of the Ming, and My Strategist Says He's Zhu Yuanzhang

In the tenth year of Hongwu, strange phenomena appeared in the heavens.

The founding emperor, Zhu Yuanzhang, suddenly vanished from the palace.

Amid the turmoil, Crown Prince Zhu Biao inherited the throne and stabilized the situation. He kept the matter secret while ordering a thorough investigation.

After waking from a dream, Zhu Hanqing discovered he had transmigrated to the Ming Dynasty and become the heir to the Prince of Min.

It was the seventh year of Tianqi.

Factional struggles tore the Ming court apart. Natural disasters ravaged the land, rebel armies sprang up everywhere, the fighting in Liaodong grew desperate, and the Manchus stood ready to invade at any moment.

Even the Prince of Min's residence had been overrun by rebels. Zhu Hanqing, the heir himself, was kidnapped by refugees and nearly eaten as preserved meat alongside an old man.

Desperate to survive, Zhu Hanqing seized his chance and killed the refugees. He then awakened a System that rewarded him for slaying enemies.

Every enemy he killed earned him experience and rewards, and could even bring him immortality.

From then on, a god of slaughter walked the earth.

He put down rebellions, executed corrupt officials, wiped out the Manchus, and rebuilt a true empire on which the sun never set.

But just as Zhu Hanqing was about to claim the throne,

the old man who had followed him all along said, "Time to come clean. I'm your ancestor."

Zhu Hanqing: "?"

Zhu Yuanzhang: "I'm Zhu Yuanzhang!"...
