Synopsis

Vegeta transmigrates into the Pirate King world and becomes the new king of the Water Country in the East Blue!

Faced with a country on the verge of bankruptcy, Vegeta proposes the “Spirit of Water”!

Upholding the spirit of “water nourishes all things without contending,” Vegeta decides to develop the Water Country into the world’s greatest nation.

If I rise above everyone else, no one will dare compete with me!

Step One: Head straight to the Goa Kingdom of Spring Breeze and abduct the three Luffy brothers.

Step Two: Take the three Luffy brothers on a major heist and successfully bring them into the fold!

The Sky-Swapping Plan, the People’s War Plan, the Secret Infiltration Plan...

One plan after another comes from Vegeta. Many years later...

The entire East Blue, and even the whole world, is using goods made in the Water Country, while the three Luffy brothers, the Water Country’s Marines Three Admirals, are renowned far and wide!
