Universal Racial Development: Raising an Elf into an Evil God

Everyone is reincarnated in another world crawling with evil gods, where they compete in a leadership tournament by shaping the races of that world.

Luo Xiu is reincarnated as an elf who failed to get into art school. When he discovers that his people are all slaves, he gives speeches to incite the elves to wage a war of liberation.

"Can you bear being exploited and forced to toil in filthy conditions, despite being free living beings?"

"All races are equal. Those exploiters are no nobler than we are. Follow me, overthrow the empire, and together we'll build a noble, holy race!"

Using various broodmothers, he shapes the innocent elves into evil gods.

Solar Mausoleum: Breed elves of the deep-space star sea. Clad in yellow robes, they summon a mausoleum from a distant land of revelry, bury the sun, and twist the light.

Great Tomb of Terror: Breed terror elves. They carry a great tomb as they roam the mortal world, sowing fear and harvesting despair.

Sanctuary of Deceit: Breed deceitful elves. They delight in luring their enemies into madness, and all who are deceived undergo mutations.

An elf maiden of delight: "Leader, didn't you promise we'd build a noble race? We're elves! How did you turn us into evil gods?"
