I Take On My Heartless Company: A Post-00s Worker Reforms the Workplace

To learn about the workplace conditions and working lives of three generations, the show Three Generations in the Workplace is now airing!

The program selects one person each from the post-80s, post-90s, and post-00s generations, and livestreams their different ways of working!

The post-80s worker has elderly parents to care for and children to raise. They work hard without complaint to support their family.

Faced with exorbitant bride prices and pressure from their elders, the post-90s worker has no choice but to swallow their anger.

The post-00s worker... Ahem. The moment the camera switches to Su Ming, the representative of the post-00s generation, the whole tone changes...

"Our company has a six-month probation period with no pay. Can you accept that?"

Su Ming: "What? Are you recruiting volunteers?"

"Our company holds back two months of your wages. Can you accept that?"

Su Ming: "Sure. Then I'll just do no work for two months."

"Our hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with half a day off. Can you accept that?"

Su Ming: "Are you preparing for the college entrance exams?!"

"The company usually holds back two months of your wages. Can you accept that?"

Su Ming: "Can I just not work for two months?"
