Oh No! I, Xuanzang, Restarted Journey to the West: Conquering Demons in America

"Sanzang! Look at America now, mired in chaos. Ten thousand death warriors are joining forces, and cops draw their guns the moment they meet. It couldn't be more lawless."

"How about I send you down from Spirit Mountain to spread the Dharma there once more?"

"Nothing too demanding. Save people and guide them toward goodness by day, slay demons and vanquish evil by night."

Su Li stared at the Buddha before him, completely dumbfounded.

How had he been reborn as Jin Chanzi, a mortal once again?

Buddha, that's not fair! I've been a Buddha for years, and a few words are all it takes for you to kick me back down here?

And you want me to spread the Dharma? Why don't you do it yourself!

So this time, he decided to live comfortably for his own sake, not for some mission!

By day, he teaches a lesson to mortals who are rich but heartless, and evil through and through.

By night, he takes on Freddy, Chucky, the Nun, the Clown, Pyramid Head...

The Western gods are left dumbfounded.

Zeus: "Where did this maniac come from? He roasted and ate all the angels' wings?"

Satan: "People say a maniac has my name tattooed on his back. Guess whose name is tattooed on mine? Su Li's!"

One day, the monkey finally calls: "Master, Buddha wants you back at Spirit Mountain."

Su Li, who has just subdued a succubus and an angel: Read. No reply.
