Great Ming: I Forced Zhu Biao to Kill His Father-in-Law from the Start

Ye Cheng transmigrates to the early Ming dynasty and awakens a Divine Doctor System. He earns merit by saving good people and killing bad ones, and the more merit he gains, the better his luck becomes.

To improve his chances of survival, he talks his grandfather into securing the post of prefect of Suzhou, then gets the region running like clockwork.

Three years later, he saves the three dying Chang sisters and Zhu Biao, becoming Zhu Biao's brother-in-law. He discovers that Lushi intends to harm the Chang family and Zhu Biao's eldest grandson, Zhu Xiongying, so he forces Zhu Biao and his father to wipe out the entire Lu family.

To earn even more merit, he keeps dangling one tempting promise after another in front of the Zhu father and son.

Your Majesty, lift the maritime ban. The Ming dynasty can wipe out the Japanese pirates with ease!

Your Majesty, reinstate the civil service examinations. That's the only way to keep discovering talented people!

Your Majesty, that continent of Africa looks promising. Why not enfeoff Zhu Di's branch there?

Zhu Biao: Ye Cheng and I are practically family. How could he deceive me?

Zhu Di: I treated Ye Cheng like a friend, but he treated me like a sucker!

Old Zhu: I think this kid Ye Cheng has potential!
