Guarding the Celestial Prison for Twelve Years, I Became the Most Powerful Minister

In the ninth year of Guanghua, Fei Lu transmigrates to the Jiuli Empire and becomes a lowly prison guard in the empire's vast dungeon.

This empire, which had lasted for 637 years, was already on its last legs before Fei Lu arrived. The imperial clan and officials were arrogant and lawless, manufacturing countless wrongful cases in the dungeon. As a prison guard, Fei Lu could only keep his head down and constantly worry about his own future.

But after awakening the Rising Star System, his life changes dramatically:

A common-born prince framed by the imperial family and thrown into prison, the last descendant of the Nine-Tailed Clan used by officials to cover up their accounting deficits, and an immortal girl falsely accused of killing her father: one after another, future movers and shakers form an unbreakable bond with Fei Lu.

It takes a full 12 years for people to suddenly realize that the fellow who walked out of the dungeon is the greatest power broker this land has ever known!
